Adventure Racing Training Plans

The adventure race training plans below are a reasonable starting point in preparing for an adventure race.  The best way to have a structured training schedule is to hire an adventure racing coach to develop a specific training plan for you.  Expect to pay around $150 for a two-month training plan for a sprint race and $200 for a three-month plan.  If you are not ready to drop the cash for a professional training plan, the information below may be a good starting point for your training.
